What Lummy stores

Lummy stores your account details, chat sessions, selected Heart voice, and safe memory records so your companion can continue conversations across sessions.

How memory is separated

Each memory record is associated with the authenticated account that created it. Other users cannot retrieve it. Donala MultiUser retrieval receives the same trusted account partition.

Your controls

You can inspect and forget memory records from Settings. Forgetting a record removes it from future recall. You can contact us about account or data requests.

When we share data

We use configured service providers to run Lummy, including Google Cloud for AI, Cloud SQL for application data, Donala for memory retrieval, Resend for account email, and Paystack for payments. We do not sell personal conversation data.
